Local Flavor Since 1883
We don’t throw the word “legendary” around haphazardly. The Pearl Brewery in San Antonio, Texas is legendary. When the opportunity to transition the brewery into a lifestyle brand arrived, we didn’t say yes. We said hell yes. Through our multi-year partnership, we positioned Pearl as a place where residents, locals, informed tourists and curious wanderers go to experience contemporary Texas – through the lens of chefs, curators, artists, makers, friends and families.
“Just north of downtown along the San Antonio River, this massive brewery churned out beers from the 1880s through 2001. Today, its industrial spaces have been transformed into a mixed-use, live-work complex with an eye toward sustainability. Hosting one of the only four branches of The Culinary Institute of America, the district is a 23-acre foodie playground, home to a farmers’ market, wine and espresso bars, and high-end restaurants.”
